From our New Talent to our Assistant Chief and Chief Instructors, everyone here wants to see you succeed and will do their best to guide you on that journey.

JON LAMBETH
TRAINING DIRECTOR CFI/CFII/MEI
FAA GOLD SEAL CFI
Jon started Dragonfly Aviation in 2014, with his wife Heidi, as a way to stay in the air while he was home from the airlines. When the flight school started to take off, he left the airlines to devote his full attention to growing the company to where it is now. Jon is now a line check airman on the Citation Latitude with Nicholas Air, but always looks forward to coming home to Dragonfly.

TONY HENDERSON

Tony has a quarter century of diverse aviation careers. He was a former law enforcement helicopter pilot who takes a student first approach to flight instruction. Tony is available to instruct in our DA20s, DA40s, and DA42.

KYLE OLIVER
ASSISTANT CHIEF CFI
Kyle started his aviation training in the military flying the T6B. Since transitioning to civilian flight training, he now enjoys the rewarding experience of teaching and watching students grow in confidence and skill. Kyle is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

CHRIS ZERVAS
STAFF CFI
Chris became a CFI after discovering his passion for aviation through an Introductory Flight at Dragonfly Aviation. Initially transitioning from a career in marketing, he found aviation to be a perfect fit. Chris is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

MARLON BROOKS
SENIOR CFI/CFII
Marlon has been a Delta flight attendant for 27 years, a career that inspired him to become a pilot. He enjoys flying to remote airstrips in the North Georgia mountains and discovering new sights. Marlon is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

PARKER TORRES
SENIOR CFI/CFII
FAA GOLD SEAL CFI
Parker has had a love for aviation most of his life, taking Young Eagle flights with EAA. He decided to take an intro flight at Dragonfly Aviation and chose to earn all of his certificates with us. Parker is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

BRITTANY PIERCE
SENIOR CFI/CFII
Brittany was introduced to her love of aviation at a young age by her grandfather. She started her aviation journey in California and moved to Georgia after earning her private certificate. Brittany is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

STEVEN GLASS
SENIOR CFI/CFII
Steven plans to follow in his father’s footsteps and eventually go into the airlines. Having done most of his training at Dragonfly Aviation, he believes flying in the Diamond aircraft provide a more challenging and rewarding experience for students Steven is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

Jacob was born into an aviation family, with both parents in the U.S Air Force. His favorite part of the job is getting to share his love of aviation with all of his students. Jacob is available to instruct in our DA20s. and DA40s

DALTON CARTER
SENIOR CFI/CFII
Dalton’s favorite part of instructing is seeing students progress from being nervous beginners to confident pilots, especially when they land on their own for the first time. He encourages everyone to try a Introductory Flight and experience flying firsthand. Dalton is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

TERRY STRICKLAND
STAFF CFI
Terry returned to aviation after starting his training in 2007, earning his CFI and Multi-Engine Commercial with Dragonfly Aviation. With his military background and experience as a father, Terry adapts his teaching style to suit each student’s needs and is committed to helping others achieve their aviation dreams. Terry is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

CONNOR CHANEY
STAFF CFI
Connor’s love of flight reaches far beyond the flight levels. While in high school, after witnessing the Falcon 1 launch, he knew aviation was in his future. He now enjoys teaching and sharing his passion for aviation. Connor is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

BAILEY SHARP
STAFF CFI
Bailey began her flight training in 2021 at Dragonfly while working at the front desk. She has always been inspired by her father’s aviation career, who started as a F-18 Pilot and is now a 777 pilot for American Airlines. Bailey is available to instruct in our DA20s and DA40s.

JOSE BUJANDA
NEW TALENT CFI
Jose’s love for aviation began when he was just 4 years old. He enjoys anything aviation related, whether in the classroom, on the flight deck, or in the air. Jose is available to instruct in our DA20s.
You can feel confident that any CFI you fly with at Dragonfly Aviation is at the top of their game and we are honored they have chosen Dragonfly Aviation as a step (or many steps) on their path. Many have done all or most of their training with us, from zero time to CFI and are familiar with our high standards for instruction.
